CGiii Comment

More South American depression...surely, there is a tiny bit of happiness to be had on this continent.

As expected, it is accompanied by the usual trannie-hookers - who offer little respite against the corruption of the authorities.

Three distinct love stories - all displaying the harsher side of Venezuela.

Pena does an admirable job but the loose link between the stories is limp which almost sucks the life out of the film - but, there are some good performances to be seen but little impression is left.
