CGiii Comment

A surprisingly effective and chilling TV movie - thanks to Rea and Sutherland...they bounce off of each other brilliantly.

The writing is a little too Americanized...but, television movies rarely have the budget to go down the authentic route.

It does have some highly emotive moments that should cause a tear (or two) to appear...and, the expediency of justice is jaw-dropping.

Not bad at all.

The(ir) Blurb...

Based on the true story of a Russian serial killer who, over many years, claimed victim to over 50 people. His victims were mostly under the age of 17.
