Alicante, 1939. In the last moments of the Civil War, the Anti-Aircraft Shelters became the safest place to save the lives of thousands of people during the bombings. They harbored fear, but also the story of many people like that of María, a young dreamer, wanting to show the world that love can conquer everything. It doesn't matter if a thousand bombs fall, as long as love exists, there is hope. A hope that she imagines with Carmen, a young woman from the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, daughter of fishermen and with whom she maintains a close relationship. A secret relationship, full of clandestine meetings in shelters.

Alicante, año 1939. En los últimos momentos de la Guerra Civil, los Refugios Antiaéreos se convirtieron en el lugar más seguro para salvar la vida de miles de personas durante los bombardeos. Albergaron el miedo, pero también la historia de muchas personas como la de María, una joven soñadora, con ganas de mostrarle al mundo que el amor puede con todo. Que da igual si caen mil bombas, mientras exista el amor, hay esperanza. Una esperanza que imagina con Carmen, una joven del barrio de Santa Cruz, hija de pescadores y con la que mantiene una estrecha relación. Una relación en secreto, llena de encuentros clandestinos en los refugios.
