CGiii Comment

There's much to admire...

However, there's too much too berate...a staggering amount of edits and a constantly moving camera!

It looks cinematic, it has a strong narrative and is performed well...shame it kinda fizzled out in the end!

The(ir) Blurb...

After her boxing career back home ends in scandal, a young Puerto Rican woman must adjust to her new life as the superintendent of an apartment building in Harlem. 'Super' is a raw and candid film about pushing forward past your previous failures/mistakes and making a difference with what you have. Artfully written, beautifully shot, and honestly acted, it will be sure to set itself apart from other narratives on the festival circuit.
