CGiii Comment
Sweet-natured Freddy Martinez is approached by sinister detective Boris Strange to wear a wire around his Margarita-loving BFFs - one of whom Boris suspects is responsible for a string of local murders. And there is no shortage of those suspects: sassy attorney Erika, who has a thing for dating paroled killers; sex-addicted A-List model roommate Trent, who sneaks out in the dead of night and returns with scratches on his face and hands; wealthy spitfire landlady Maude, whose sister died under mysterious circumstances; bitchy opportunist Steve, who buys murder houses and turns them into Bed and Breakfast hotels so he can cash in with the morbidly curious; and Freddy's charming new boyfriend Billy, who creates murder-themed crossword puzzles. Drama queens collide with cool heads right up until the grand finale, when the killer unwittingly blows his - or her - cover.
