CGiii Comment

Opening scene: gay man on bed talking to a cuddly toy about how he likes moustaches and the end of a relationship.

Pathetic, yes.

A gay man in a toilet contemplating his forthcoming nuptials. Then, we have the obligatory swimming/shower scene with a bare bottom - the actor obvious doesn't want to show his willy - so a few awkward movements are involved.

Pathetic, yes.

Every cliché that's in the book is in this film - some would argue that it was daring for Hong Kong in 19997 - that may well be the case...but, shouldn't a film stand the test of time? This doesn't - now or before.

The(ir) Blurb...

Gay relationship between younger and older man is the crux of this brave film, made with charm, humour and intelligence.
