CGiii Comment

Well...this docu-drama is nothing more than a crotch-watching embarrassment.

Gay filmmaker films straight [alpha, quite toxic] men in skimpy costumes...and, has the nerve to call it documentary! That's stretching it a bit far...more like an exercise in lechery.

Apart from buttocks and bulges, there's not much to this. Endless conversations about cow insemination and whether girlfriends are welcome in the boys' camp at Carnival.

It's as riveting as a loose screw!

The(ir) Blurb...

Since they were children, every summer they used to participate together in the traditional carnivals of their hometown. This magical celebration, transform men of the community into dionysiac figures with makeup, coloured costumes, glitter and feathers. Alcohol, friendship and parties out of control become the limelight. Boundaries get blurred with the heat of the sun at the edge of the imposing Paraná River.
