(Sort of) Last Fight of Caroline & Keaton (The)

Caroline, a young mother, is concerned about her brother, Keaton, a gay musician, who's gone quiet. When she barges into his life to try and rouse him from his crippling depressive episode, he resists and bickers and falters. But when she pushes the issue, Keaton takes their conversation from one of brother-sister banter and tantrums to a spiritual reckoning Caroline didn't bargain for. The darker nature of their history is brought into the light, and by the time Caroline leaves that room, she is changed forever.
