Country: Canada, Language: English, 30 mins

CGiii Comment

This is the first Canadian documentary to focus on the human impact of hate crimes, violence and bullying against lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and two-spirited Canadians. Despite Canada being one of the first countries in the world to legalize same-sex marriage, LGBT people still face many hurdles in the march towards full equality. This documentary shows the perspectives of LGBT people from across the country and their experiences in dealing with homophobia, biphobia and transphobia at school, at work, in their families and in their communities.
