CGiii Comment

Because...coincidences like these happen all the time!

Expect little and you will not be disappointed, reality is something that doesn't really feature in this diluted rom-com. As for romance and comedy, both in short supply.

Yes...there is the obligatory gay couple, courtesy of Wilson yet-again Cruz, more for decoration than anything meaningful, they're not even bitchy! Camp it up, babies!

Do anything, absolutely anything...to take the focus away from Miranda Cosgrove's lack of performance, she really didn't do much with her character, other than her remembering lines and delivering them without any enthusiasm whatsoever. It's back to voice-over work for her!

A flimsy and forgettable film.

The(ir) Blurb...

"Welcome to the mother of all destination weddings."

Lana's daughter, who has been in London for a few years, returns home and announces that she is engaged and getting married. The daughter works as an influencer, and the wedding is paid for by her sponsors and will be held in Phuket, Thailand. Lana is a bit taken aback but wants her daughter to be happy and supports her decision. However, when they arrive in Thailand, it turns out that the father of her daughter's fiancé is Will, whom Lana dated during college. It quickly becomes awkward since they did not part on the best terms. It doesn't get any better when the sponsors take over the entire wedding planning.
