CGiii Comment

The first 40 minutes...parents reminisce about their kids...straight to camera talking heads with incredibly abrupt edits. Truthful...but, too long.

What follows is an insight into the workings of a LGBTI group in Istanbul - it's not exactly riveting.

The only international appeal that this film offers is...no matter where you come from, we all face the same kind of  problems when it comes to sexuality...the solution: education, education, education.

Strictly for a Turkish audience living in Istanbul...!

The(ir) Blurb...

What happens when your child comes out to you? In this feature documentary, parents of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-gender individuals in Turkey intimately share their experiences with the viewer, as they redefine what it means to be parents, family, and activists in this conservative, homophobic, and trans-phobic society.
