Why is the series so popular? The acting - especially by Katherine McNamara - is atrocious!

Yes, yes...we know that this is specifically targeted at the YAs...but, after the likes of True Blood and Penny Dreadful - the YAs expect and deserve [much] better than this!

We managed to get to episode 7 and then threw in the towel. Looks like we're not the only ones...season 3 will be the end of an undeservingly elongated run!

Clary Fray is a normal teenager living in Brooklyn with her mother. One day, she discovers that she is descended from a line of Shadowhunters; humans born with angelic blood that fight to protect our world from demons.
