So, Your Kid's A Homo comically explores the effect of 16 year old Abby coming out to her parents. Both parents attend a support group led by a reformed gay man, Elton, who introduces them to a 5 step program to 'cure' Abby and set her on the straight and narrow. After going to extreme lengths to try and 'cure' their daughter, they begin to realise that maybe she is not the one who needs curing.
