Original Title

Me Da Igual
  • Director: David Gordon
  • Writer: Gustavo Fuertes; Álvaro Gallegos
  • Producer: Enrique Cerezo

CGiii Comment

This is possibly the most aptly titled movie of all time - it's flimsy, inconsequential and will give you toothache.

Gordon's direction is run-of-the-mill bordering on tedium - the plentiful nightclub sequences are painful to watch.

The writing is a flat as a decomposed corpse and the acting will have you reaching for a wrench to extract your own tooth.

No surprises as to why this forgotten 'croc' has remained forgotten.

The(ir) Blurb...

Jorge is a writer who has been lately lacking in inspiration; his personal life is no less problematic. He lives with Marta, who is bisexual and wants to have a baby. Jorge himself suspects he may be gay. In addition, there are other people in Jorge's life to contend with such as former girlfriend Eva and gay friend Alberto, while Marta begins a relationship with another man, Mario. Jorge decides to write a book about his life entitled `I Couldn't Care Less', hence the film's title.
