CGiii Comment

Oooh dear...a frivolous rom-com (of no consequence) seems to be ruffling a few feathers...those with an overly sensitive gay sensibility should leave.

Now...there are a couple of ways of looking at this...

Well-adjusted, moderately wealthy, happily partnered gay man...realises that - after a drunken one-night stand with a WOMAN...he's straight = all gay men are closeted straights up until the time [when] they meet the RIGHT woman. = yuckily, homophobic.

Piffle.

Or...time for a change...I'm bored with dick, I fancy a piece of pussy...how vulgar!

In these days of gender/sexual fluidity...nothing is set in stone. If a man comes out the closet - say - in his mid-50s - after fathering a family...he is declared to be a brave and tortured soul who endured endless years of pussy-whipping.

Piffle.

Or...time for a change...I'm bored with pussy, I fancy a big fat cock...!

Curiosity may kill cats...but, with humans, rather than being a game-changer, it's a bed-switcher.

For instance bisexuals seem to have been replaced with pansexuals...what exactly is the difference?!? Everything changes...and then, changes again...and again.

Look none of this really matters...because, it's not exactly the greatest film ever made...

It's definitely a subject worthy of exploration...and, discussion.

Sadly, this film - despite ruffling a few sensitive feathers - is a rom-com of no consequence.

The(ir) Blurb...

Jeremie wakes up alongside a pretty woman. But it's the first time for Jeremie, normally he prefers his future husband Antoine. It's a funny story of a 'Coming In'...
