CGiii Comment

First, Nicholas Hoult is woefully miscast. Too, too young. He doesn't do the 'putrid-scumbag' convincingly enough...you still kinda like him (in a boyish sort-of-way)...perhaps, that was the intention!?! Kiss the hand that stabs you!

The role needed a certain suave sophistication, a maturity with ingrained cynicism...and, a charm that only certain men can deliver. What we get is a little shit who deserves to be kicked up the ass and sent to juvenile detention...for life.

There's no light and shade...it's all just dark (and cruel). Billed as a comedy...it most certainly is not a comedy. Laugh at this...seek a medical intervention immediately. You are disturbed.

It's an unsubtle satire for the music industry...basically, whatever it takes to succeed...do it!

As a comment on this modern-age polluted with and by the fame-thirsty trolls...it's terrifying.

103 minutes of unenjoyable depravity...can depravity ever be enjoyable?!?

There's a gay record exec...a vegan songstress...a whole host of bash-their-brains-out characters...they all become the butt of...of an endless self-opinionated cruelty.

It's toxic to watch...and, it should make your skin crawl. It will make you feel dirty.
