CGiii Comment

5 Oscar nominations and no wins - quite, quite ridiculous.

The acting is faultless - Streep (as usual)...but, it's Cher who shines.

It's all in the detail, in the unspoken - Nichols at his utter best.

A terrifying film.

The(ir) Blurb...

Fairly accurate recounting of the story of Karen Silkwood, the Oklahoma nuclear-plant worker who blew the whistle on dangerous practices at the Kerr-McGee plant and who died under circumstances which are still under debate.
