CGiii Comment

This is not an easy film to watch...

Harold Fingleton (the father), starkly played by the excellent Rush - embodies everything that is putrid about man - amplifying how some men should not be fathers.

An opportunity was wasted here...

The form of the perfect man - in all its beauty - played against the monstrosity of man...this could have been staggering comparable study. Ho-hum.

Shame about the split-screen and gimmicky stuff - totally unnecessary - and, ultimately detracts from the power of the film.
