Deflatable Man (The)

A short film based on Tristan Tzara’s Seven Dada Manifestos. The Deflatable Man follows the mental wanderings of a loner in a quiet English suburb. Drawn towards the couples he sees, and the barber shop he has a fetish for, the pensive ‘deflatable man’ slips in and out of daydreams on the fears of loneliness and the absolution of the physical, and winds up sitting on the sidewalk.
