CGiii Comment

Here's an atmospheric and well-crafted film that seems to have evaded all LGBT media coverage!!!

And, yet...it is as 'LGBT' as you can get!

Bill Nighy is a gay detective, Daniel Mays is a gay constable...there's drag, there's cross-dressing...there are a series of grizzily murders!!!

Obviously, restricted by budget...Juan Carlos Medina has managed to create a Victorian London that is as unwelcoming as it is stylised...full credit must go to the production design team.

The Limehouse Golem twists and turns from beginning to end...red herrings and theatricality will keep you glued to the screen...

Deft and eerie...with a couple of bent coppers! What more do you want?!?!

A series of murders has shaken the community to the point where people believe that only a legendary creature from dark times - the mythical so-called Golem - must be responsible.
