Leone is six years old and is going to the country with his parents, Emma and Piefrancesco, to spend a Sunday together. Emma and Pierfrancesco are radical chic, socially engaged and open minded. Leone has recently received a good mark at school and he knows what to ask for a gift: a doll dressed in pink. The request freezes Emma and Pierfranceso: both read in Leone's desire a possible homosexuality, and the relaxing Sunday becomes the stage on which will be staged their hypocrisy. They are really the couple who thought they were? They are open as they believe? They will buy the Candie doll to Leo?
