In the heart of a declining 1990s rave culture, three boys embark on a tumultuous journey through the pulsating lights and rhythmic beats of a fading utopia.

CICADA is set during the 90's rave scene in the UK. It follows three young men, Gallup, Jack and Tony as they embark on a drug fueled night of techno music and self discovery.
