CGiii Comment

It seems, in today's climate, that everyone can call themselves an activist...well, bleating and shouting about issues is not activism, diddling with your mouse is not activism, taking 'selfies' on a march is not activism...doing, caring, helping is activism.

Well, Miss Major Griffin-Gracy has form, history and experience. She is an activist...the old-school type, the type that actually achieved things...a true pioneer of everything LGBT!

A good piece of advice: Listen to your elders.

Listen to Miss Major Griffin-Gracy...she, unlike most, has stories [many] to tell, something - so pertinent - to say. And, she says it [so] well...with diplomacy, with grace, with high-voltage electricity!

She has made a difference to many, many lives [and still does]...Annalise Ophelian's film has captured her in all her defiance and glory...in what can only be described as a most-welcome tribute to a truly formidable and enviable legacy of achievements.

Young activists: Look, listen and learn. And, respect those who went before you!

A fine document for a mighty fine lady!
