Some writers should stick to writing and give their works of literary prowess over to a director - this is a case in point.

The direction is abysmal.

There is nothing really to this - talking, just talking about tribal rituals and the odd bit of awkward fancy-dancing. Preposterous.

It does have a curiosity value - there are very few depictions of gay native Americans - Little Big Man had a very funny gay character...but, this...is as far away from any humour as you can possibly get.

Dreary and amateur - even if some of the words are pleasant to the ears - the direction is truly dreadful.
