Now in their 30s, grumbling sisters Hannah (Stone) and Rachel (Barclay) decide to get their first tattoos together. As they get inked, and unable to leave until it's done, they bond in conversation over still-fresh wounds that they share. Touchingly told, and tinged with the inherent relational comedy of banter between siblings, You and Me, Before and After is a heartwarming portrait of a late-blossoming relationship.
