Tracie's Story:
If you can get you head around Sean Bean playing a rather large lady...then, you might enjoy this...
The performances are fine...Bean is good, Graham is extraordinary.
What lets the whole thing down...is the writing. McGovern - over-hyped and over-used - is a master of writing the (deeply) flawed drama, his ideas are good - the problems arise when he puts pen to paper...reality goes flying out of the window.
A challenge for the actors...but, it could have been a courageous drama if it weren't for the blistering flaws.
