CGiii Comment

Well...this will ruffle some feathers...it's all rather un/anti-American.

Conspiracy theorists will probably love it...but, for those who have their feet firmly planted on terra firma...it's a bit of a cat and mouse mess.

There are some good points...but, those are obliterated by the bad...the main problem: the writing. Wholly.

It's as if the writers all sat around a big, huge table with lollipops and soda...throwing ideas into the pot and squealing...oooh that sounds cool. Not cool, dismal.

There's the trans character - fiery and spirited, screwing a decorated military man - you just know it's not going to end well for her.

There's the gay character...a computer hacker who lives in a squalid apartment with his moribund mother, still waiting to pop his cherry...the object of his affections...

...The activist - who can't act - the weakest link in this daisy chain of ideas...

It's a shame...because, the semblance of a decent story is there...where are the script editors when you need them?!?

A classic case for taking your audience for granted...it's not looking good for a second series...neither should it.
