Absolutely no improvement on Bearcity 1...considering that film was pretty bad - the potential for 'better' wasn't exactly an uphill struggle.

Alas, that climb flummoxed and exhausted Langway...an auteur without the required skill is simply known as a deluded home-movie maker.

There is no justifiable reason as to why this was even made.
