Despite the fantastic cast, this is - by far - the weakest installment of the 'Cities of Love' series.
Rather than this collection [of short films] being about the culture, essence and atmosphere of Berlin...this fine city really just serves as a location. In truth, any of the stories could have been filmed anywhere.
The LGBT interest comes in the form of a hungover drag queen staggering home from a rather raucous night out...what happens is brief and incomprehensible...it involves a kiss with a birthday boy!
All the other stories rattle between tedium and cliché - as a whole, Berlin, I love You amounts to nothing but a great big disappointment!
