Dean is a wreck of a man who lives his life in a constantly blurry present, with little concern for himself or others. Trapped in an abyss of drugs and unsafe sex, he seems about to unravel. Hardly anything or anyone affect's Dean's lifestyle, a young man with a nasty drug habit. Other characters include Dean's neighbor Ellsworth who barters Ketamine (special K) for sex, Brioni who throws a party/orgy and Cyja - Dean's ex-girlfriend and drug counselor.
