CGiii Comment
The central character has some serious mental health issues...
There's a kind-hearted gay character...
There's a sociopathic/psychopathic/sadistic bisexual...no stereotypes here!
There's a trans-master-hacker...
This is computer-geek heaven...accompanied by some sharp dialogue and impressive cinematography.
Its unpredictability is its biggest asset...there's no formulaic story-telling here - expect (and receive) twists and roundabout...keeping you (at times) on the edge of your seat.
In this oddball, mis-shapen world anything can happen...but, you can't take your eyes off of Elliot...in part, demonic, more than a little menacing and [almost] too lovable to be wholesome...despite being an inwardly-screwed, self-righteous junkie. What?!?!
He's a damn fine drawn character...with layers...lots of them.
A finely written series...could be addictive.
