'The Gold Fish Casino' is a queer slapstick musical that follows a plucky Salmon gambling her eggs for water to journey upstream. In her struggle, Ms. Coho encounters a Water Nymph dealing dirty cards and confronting its water wars PTSD, the bumbling Army Chorus of Engineers singing odes to Manifest Destiny and an array of displaced River Creatures. As a storm brews in the distance, the Water Tycoon shuffles in for a cataclysmic show down. Will the Salmon and her new found allies rise up, or will it all go down the drain?
