Alwasiyya

Alwasiyya tells the story of Pepe, who after the death of her husband Ricardo embarks on an inner journey to reconcile with the absence, rediscover her identity and open herself to new ways of being in the world. Through her experience, the viewer travels through landscapes of love, memory and resilience. This short documentary offers a look at grief, memory and personal transformation, connecting the individual with some of today's most relevant social debates.
