"Just blow it and they'll come"

When documentary film student, Matt, hears rumours of a controversial right-wing political club operating out of his university and it's vice president's plans to hold a racially motivated demonstration against international students on university property, he jumps at the chance to assemble a crew and go in to document the inner-workings of the organisation - the Conservative Australian Men's Party. But shortly after arriving and being introduced to all 5 members of the group, it's revealed that Matt and the effervescent club president, Jack, seem to have met before. Not only have they met, but they also don't seems too keen on sharing exactly how they met. As Matt struggles to juggle filming his documentary and Jack's very presence in the same room as him, the whole project begins to fall apart and becomes less about the goings-on of a far-right tertiary political organisation and more about the goings-on of Matt and Jack's sordid relationship.
