Translated as “Mercy,” “Miséricorde” follows a noir-like path around Jérémie, a 30-year-old man attending his friend’s funeral in his native Saint-Martial. Rumors and suspicion abound around Jérémie after he commits an unspeakable act, putting him at the center of a police investigation.
