Young Benoît is madly in love. When one day La Martine doesn't show up for their usual date, he falls into despair. The situation gets even worse when he discovers that his beloved, who is pregnant, is about to get married to the richest man in town. Benoît is heartbroken. All that is left for him to do is wander around the house where the two live. Until one day he hears screaming...
