  • Director: Ming-liang Tsai
  • Writer: Ming-liang Tsai

CGiii Comment

It is time that Ming-liang Tsai either changed the record or - more preferably, trashed his clapperboard.

Salome, Oscar Wilde and an indulgent faux surrealist - sure-fire ingredients for impending disaster.

For this is a disaster...quite rightly collapsing at Cannes. Why it was ever chosen to be shown in the first place will remain an embarrassing lack of judgment.

Utter and contemptible junk.
