Promise Me A Lie is an American Drama Film written by Danny Hernandez and directed by Amasha Alexandra Scott. The plot centers on a Mexican high school student who defies his culture by falling for a Salvadorian student, who is experiencing love for the first time. The film stars Ror Morrison, Justin Galindo, Jay Gutierrez, Lars Francisco, Joanna Sanchez, and Jac Gant. The film was also produced by actor Shaka Walker and mentored by filmmaker Tina Mabry director and writer of the award winning "Mississippi Damned".
