The Owner is a guy with an apartment building rigged with cameras so that he can spy on his tenants. Hector also has a big metal cylinder containing some kind of sedative which is piped into a nearby bedroom. Well, well, well; the fat and balding landlord has the good fortune of renting to a young and sexy lesbian actress. Lights, camera, action; let the good times roll. He observes Lara and her girlfriend in an intimate moment.
