CGiii Comment
" Because it's shit" - Jennifer Saunders never wrote a more truthful line!
With an endless array of 'celebrity' cameos, a script that could have been written on the back of a postage stamp, a director not-fit-for-feature-film-purpose, decrepit over-acting by Saunders & Lumley...the national treasure that Absolutely Fabulous has [incomprehensibly] become...well, let us not beat around some old knackered bush, there is a croc at the end of this rainbow...but, it ain't filled with gold!
" Because it's shit"!
Weirdly, most of the critics have been kind...aaargh, the state of the Nation's National Press...more advertorial than review, their column inches stuffed full with deceitful pleasantries rather than polite [constructive] condemnation...yip, money talks! We'll take a full-page spread, Sweetie!
Hopefully, this is the final nail in the Absolutely Fabulous coffin...let's face it, this tired old creature died more than a decade ago.
