CGiii Comment

EVERYONE MUST SEE THIS FILM.

The evil that men are. The evil that men do.

This is not a pleasant picture of Iranian life - in 1986, a country headed by a fanatical, misogynistic mad-man, Khomeini.

Domestic violence, infidelity with 14 year old girl (i.e. child abuse), corrupt religious figures...all in the name of Allah.

This film is the only comeuppance for a despicable man, a detestable community and a derelict tradition...when a religion condones stoning for adultery on the wife's part (not the husbands), whether it be corroborated or not, is neither religion nor ritual - it is a degenerate disgrace.

If this is an example of Sharia Law - then, it is barbaric.

The most agonising, difficult and heartbreaking film...that will leave you ashamed to be a man, to be human.

The children threw stones too...!

For God?!?

...you savages.
