In the Shadows

"In the shadows" is a dive into darkness. A slow descent into hell in the obscurity. The viewers are thrust into a race against time where the heroes unknowingly plunge into a trap waiting to close around them. How do you fight against what is unchangeable? How do you beat the sun at its own game? As the last rays of light disappear, nature becomes increasingly alive, sending a deadly emissary for a final sacrifice. The idea here is to offer a short shot of thrills, an adrenaline fueled entertainment that plays on the basic fears of what animates the night. Whilst opening the door to those wishing for a larger mythology, it positions this film as an introduction to something greater. Let yourself be carried away. Run towards the light. It is coming for you.
